A Sample time about 2-5 days, if for mass production, about 10-15 days. Ultimately depends on the quantity of goods. 

A Usually we will produce a sample for you to check before produce mass production, and the production will be same as sample.

A Yes. The normal produce progress is that we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.

A During the working hours (GMT00:00-15:00), we will reply in half hour, other hours we will reply next day.
