Factory Introduction
Our factory is equipped with 24 professional design computers and 2 CTP plate-making systems to build a digital prepress processing center, supporting full-process customization from structural design to 3D effect preview. The production end is equipped with 8 sets of Heidelberg offset printing units, 10 high-precision die-cutting machines and metal foil hot stamping/cutting all-in-one machines, which can realize 12 types of special processes such as glossy/matte film lamination, local UV coating, hot foil embossing, etc.
The paper shape supports standard shapes such as square, round, heart-shaped and any special-shaped cutting. The paper size is customized on demand, with a minimum order quantity of 500 sheets and a delivery time of 10-18 days (adjusted according to the complexity of the process). Through QAQC full-process control and FSC certified materials, we ensure stable quality and environmental compliance, meeting the dual needs of small batch quick response and large-scale mass production.

Our company has obtained ISO 9001 quality system, FSC forest certification and OHSAS 18001 safety certification, and implements QAQC control in production: GMG color calibration before printing, printing color mark detection + UV film thickness monitoring, and finished products are tested for 5kg pressure resistance/500 folding times.
