Process details:
Using Heidelberg Speedmaster XL106 printing press, four-color overprinting accuracy of 0.01mm, combined with Dutch board mounting process, the spine hot stamping thickness is accurate to 0.3mm.
Quality control:
Passed the durability test of the State Archives Administration, placed in 50℃/75%RH environment for 72 hours without deformation, and the PH value is controlled in the neutral range of 7.5-8.5.
