Customization service:
Foldable chessboard gift box, using folding cardboard hinge structure + hidden magnetic closure (round magnets on the four corners), environmentally friendly satin ribbon hot pressing fixation. The box body uses 2mm high-density gray board, magnet embedded design, temperature and humidity test (80℃/85%RH, 96 hours) without deformation, magnetic attraction strength attenuation <5%.
Process details:
Use Heidelberg CD102-6+L six-color UV printer to achieve full-page gold card overprinting, combined with embossing process to enhance the texture of the chessboard, and die-cutting and mounting process to ensure the accuracy of the box structure.
Quality control:
Under the ISO9001 certification system, after three color calibrations, the chessboard line width error is controlled within 0.1mm, and the box body pressure test passes the 5kg load standard.
